In 2 weeks they did not refund a canceled order and they delivered an order with 2 missing items. Not contact point to their support. I already raised the issue in their no so friendly support using the app. After 2 days (only for the second order with missing item) they contacted me and the support said nothing they can do. One of my go-to apps, but it used to be better before. Now the app has too many glitches, such as emptying out your cart on its own accord, which can be very annoying. The discount vouchers you redeem with your points also don't always work, and I have had to approach customer service multiple times to use them. Even some compensations that Talabat gives you for long delays suddenly disappear, and you can never use them anymore. The refund option has also become a bit more annoying.2024-10-22 19:59:35

Terribly bad experience. They always make wrong delivery. Last time they gave me an order which is for a different customer and less value. I took all necessary photos and details and asked for help in customer service. They acknowledged their mistake but they kept on dodging saying case is resolved but I never got my refund. They don"t gave my the refunds many times,I contacted them so many times,everybody is telling me that I will get it in 30 minutes but I never got my money back or the promised vouchers.They send discount codes that never work,just to make u open the app.Some of the delivery guys don"t want to came to the door,some don"t bring back the change,many don"t have change(or pretend)and u must wait for them to go and came.Can"t contact them in case of missing,wrong items.The prices are higher than other2024-10-22 05:20:37
