As soon as I went through the whole set up process, I scanned and it and it wouldn't let me ride because it was not in a valid parking area. It also wouldn't let me shut it off unless I took it to a valid parking area without motor assist. It basically trapped me without knowing it was not parked correctly by the previous rider and demanded I return it to valid parking. Didn't get one foot and charged $20.2025-07-07 08:02:09

Everytime you try to rent one it's in the middle of a no ride zone. So it charges you several dollars and you get no go, saying it's a ripoff is an understatement! Veo sucks!!! They deserve 0 stars!!!2025-07-06 15:07:05

Always available, comfortable, durable, and as far essentially equal in speed to all other rentals. Their support team is also very responsive and tend to be solution oriented, usually refunding right away if one is warranted, though they do seem to keep everything well maintained. Garbage app, does not work at the simplest of levels, get errors for doing almost everything, and when i locked the bike the timer did not stop, and when i tried to file a maintenance request so i would keep being charged, i just got another error and the app crashed, so im still being charged as i am typing this.
